User data deletion

1. Scope

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data ScableFlow holds about you, including: data submitted through our contact and demo request forms, your WhatsApp conversation history (including responses from our chatbots or AI assistants), and any internal notes or records associated with your contact in our admin panel.

2. How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of your data through either of these two channels: (a) sending us a WhatsApp message with the text "DELETE MY DATA" to the number you use to contact us, or (b) emailing info@scableflow.com with the subject "Data deletion", including the WhatsApp number or email address associated with your request.

3. Information we need to process your request

To locate and delete the correct records, we need your request to include the WhatsApp number or email address you used to interact with us. Without this, we cannot reliably identify which information to delete.

4. What we delete

Upon a valid request, we delete from our systems: your name, company, role, email, and WhatsApp number associated with the request; your WhatsApp conversation history; the content of your demo or contact request; and any internal notes our team recorded about you in the admin panel.

5. What we cannot delete immediately

Where a legal, accounting or tax obligation requires us to retain certain information (for example, records of an already-invoiced business relationship), we will retain only that portion of the data for the legally required period, and will explicitly let you know if this applies to you. In addition, since we use the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. to communicate over WhatsApp, Meta may independently retain some information under its own Privacy Policy (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy); that portion of deletion is outside our direct control, though your request to us removes all information we ourselves store.

6. Timeframes

We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days, and complete the deletion within a maximum of 30 calendar days from confirmation, unless the legal exceptions mentioned above apply.

7. Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we send you a confirmation through the same channel you used to make the request (WhatsApp or email).
